Yarm Hospital – Visual Celebration of Town’s History
The beauty of the town, including the lovely brick and rendered buildings and the Town Hall with its clock tower, is illustrated in a bright and colourful style, inspired by the iconic rail and travel posters of the 1930's to 1950's.
Dr Neil Reynolds contacted us to commission an artwork for the new Yarm Medical Centre, having seen several of our heritage projects in the North East. Rather than wanting to show the history of the medical practice, he wanted us to portray the beauty of the town along with a brief history of Yarm. The aim being to create an interesting focal point.
